Long Distant Attunements

Attunements can be taken as long distant courses, the sending of an attunement is done by the long distance method and is equally effective as an attunement done in person.

My hours for sending long distant attunements are between 8.00 to 10.00 p.m, Monday to Friday. If these times are unsuitable please contact me to arrange an alternative time to suit us both.

An attunement will take approximately 25-30 minutes. Please leave 3-5 days between each attunement, if required.

I will contact you to arrange a set date and time for the attunement to take place. When receiving your attunement, make sure that you are sitting in a comfortable chair or laying down. Close your eyes and then breathe in deeply and slowly. It is important to relax during the attunement process.  You may also call in your spiritual guides or guardian angels to be with your during the attunement as well. 

Before receiving the attunements you may say "I now accept the _______ attunement from Tracy Kelly. I ask that this attunement is perfect for me in all ways and is for my highest good".

During the attunement process you may feel heat, cold, tingling, seeing colours etc., this process will vary from individual to indivual however know that whatever you experience is the best for your needs.

Once you have received your attunement I will email you to let you know that it has been completed and answer any queries that you may have.

After each attunement you may experience some side effects which are completely normal, such as flu like symptoms, increased urination, vivid dreams or nothing at all. It is important to drink lots of water and give yourself daily self healing treatments in order to assist in the cleansing and de-toxification process.
